Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day aspects of client relationships and ongoing communication
- Develop and execute strategic recommendations and communication plans that drive revenue and enhance the clients marketing efforts
- Lead the tactical planning process and direct the development of digital marketing materials
- Coordinate execution of integrated marketing plans across multiple disciplines
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, industry, and competition
- Oversee relationships with third-party vendors, when necessary
- Interpret results and identify areas for improvement and make recommendations
- Monitor and analyze client’s performance reports to ensure goals are being met
- Understand all key Agency resources and brings them together to produce exceptional results for the client
- Inspires and motivates action across departments and disciplines; fosters teamwork
- Seeks opportunities to advance the client relationship and Identify new business opportunities
- Handle financial and budgetary matters related to assigned account; tracks hours and identifies potential issues or concerns.
Qualifications
- 5+ years agency experience required, in one or more disciplines
- Experience in developing marketing strategies and execute tactical implementation of that strategy
- Paid Search experience a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to cultivate client relationships and drive business development efforts
- Ability to manage multiple work streams to complete projects successfully
- Proven experience presenting information both orally and in writing
- Excellent client facing skills
- Detail-oriented and a strong planner
- Excellent, communication, organizational and time management skills
- Strong financial and project management skills
- Strong knowledge of web analytics. Google Analytics certified is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree, in related field preferred
