Meet the Executive Team

Sandy Demitroff, President
Sandy brings 20 years of business development, relationship management, operations, technology and media experience to Prime Visibility.  She is responsible for the strategic direction of the company as well as its day-to-day operations.  Sandy oversees the development of strategy and the execution of the firm's core competencies in SEO, PPC and digital marketing solutions; ensuring creativity and operational excellence for the firm's clients. Before joining Prime Visibility, Sandy was CEO and co-founder of HNW, a leading provider of strategy and interactive solutions for the wealth market.  Prior to HNW, Sandy spearheaded the development of Worth.com, where as chief operating officer she led content creation, design, e-commerce and technology integration across three categories-wealth, living and giving. She also served as senior vice president of Capital Publishing, where she managed circulation, production, human resources, media relations and technology, and helped launch The American Benefactor magazine. Sandy graduated from Cornell University with a bachelor's degree in business and psychology.

Andrea Snyder, Vice President, Client Services
Andrea brings over 15 years of marketing and advertising experience to Prime Visibility, specializing in building clientpartnerships, developing marketing communication plans, and launching multi-channel global campaigns. Prior to joining Prime Visibility, Andrea was Partner, Marketing Director at Ogilvy, where she worked on the IBM and UPS global businesses, launching IBM's "Smarter Planet" and award-winning "Lost In Space" campaigns, and the UPS "That's Logistics" campaign. Andrea's agency experience also includes Digitas and Arnold, managing the global marketing campaigns of multiple Fortune 500 brands. Andrea holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a dual concentration in Marketing and Finance, from Northeastern University.

Jeff Lerner, Vice President, Digital Media
Jeff Lerner joined Prime Visibility in 2011 after spending seven years at Google working across all digital media platforms. At Google, Jeff managed the digital advertising spend of the top TV networks and sports leagues, including NBC, ABC, ESPN, the NFL, and Major League Baseball and was responsible for the launch of the advertising sales team in the newly-created Google Brazil office. During his tenure at Google, Jeff has been the recipient of numerous awards, including the Sales Excellence Award, Industry Expertise Award, and the Google Impact Award. Jeff holds a BA in Sports Marketing from George Washington University. Jeff is also a regular contributor to ClickZ, an industry-leading resource of interactive marketing news and trends. 

Ross Geier, Vice President, Business Development
Ross has over 15 years of traditional agency and digital marketing experience.  He offers his valuable clear and concise management style backed by a proven process to deliver positive results for his clients.  Prior to working with PV, Ross was with Didit for over 5 years where he provided consultative solutions for major brands such as: Gilt Groupe, Redcats USA, Gucci, Brookstone, Web.com, David’s Bridal, Stamps.com and many others.  Ross educates traditional marketers by bridging the gap between business knowledge and technical insight to grow their revenue in the digital space.

Pamela Nelson, Senior Director, Paid Search and Analytics
Pamela Nelson has over 25 years of work experience and manages the Paid Search and Analytics teams. In her role she takes a holistic view of each account to ensure successful growth through analysis of key metrics and performance indicators throughout all services, specializing in Paid Search. She is instrumental in presenting in-depth research about each client's audience and their behaviors and provides insightful and actionable data to build advanced digital strategies. As a Google AdWords Certified Partner, Yahoo! Search Marketing Ambassador, Microsoft adExcellence Member, Google Analytics Certified Individual and Marin Enterprise Certified Specialist, she takes paid search strategies to the next level with Prime Visibility's proprietary portfolio bid management tool, allowing our team to be extremely efficient and successful in our campaigns. Pamela stays abreast of industry trends and brings industry insights to the rest of the company. Pamela has been published on PracticaleCommerce.com, Prime Visibility's Blog and the Prime Insights newsletter and has been quoted in an article on PRWeb.com. Pamela received her B.S. in Computer Science from Binghamton University and her M.A. in Computer Science from Brooklyn College. She was a software engineer at Unisys (formerly Sperry) for 7 years where she developed post-mission data evaluation software for the Trident II Submarines and contributed to the design and development of an in-house software development lifecycle tool.
